The boil kettle or "keggle" pulls out of storage mode to boiling mode seen here. It sits on this wood stool I made and finished.
Here is the cart back in storage mode, I just slide the keggle back under it and throw the stool on the HLT. You can also see the 3 high temp food grade silicone tubes on top with quick disconnects attached (female is attached to hose and male attached to keggle, mash tun, and 4 extra for additional accesories)
Here is the inside of my mash tun. This is a coleman extreme 70 qt. I took my time with creating this manifold for maximum efficiency. It is spaced very evenly and only one side is soldered so it comes apart easily for cleaning.
This is the manifold flipped upside down so you can see the slots cut in the bottom.
March Pump
The inside of the electric keggle shown with weldless fittings, 240v, 4500 watt electric water heater element, and false bottom.
This is a electric housing box made for outdoor and all weather. It is JB welded to the kettle all the way around. I took an angle grinder to the part facing the keg and contoured the shape so it fit just right.
